Simpson Colony Estate Amenities Improvements
This magnificent property came to be when Frank Simpson laid the groundwork and made his mark as the developer of the "Simpson Ranch" in the early 1890's. Nestled in the heart of the wide-open Smith Valley, this ranch was soon to be something more than just imagined.

After development of the ranch, Frank Simpson sold the property to Virgil Connell in 1929. Over the course of history, this property became home to a school, a post office and what was considered modern day Colonial Clubs. The " Simpson Colony Estates" name was derived from the original owner, Frank Simpson, and the Colonial Clubs of yesteryear.
